Support and growth

Monitoring, regular releases, a reply within the business day. For products that are already live and have to work every day, not only on release day.

SLA · CI/CD

After launch the contractor leaves and the product stays. An integration breaks, a certificate expires, the platform updates. The business hears about the problem from customers. New features wait until someone turns up who can make sense of code written by others.

I take the product on in full — my own or one written before me. First an audit: what the system consists of, where the logs are, what breaks first. I set up monitoring and alerts so I hear about a failure before the users do. Then regular releases: fixes, dependency updates, new features by an agreed plan. I reply to questions within the business day; critical failures are fixed out of turn.

You get a product that works and one person who is responsible for it. The longest project on support has been running for 6 years. YaMusic Sync has been maintained since July 2026: new watch models and Garmin platform updates. FOQIN gets new sections and nightly exchanges without stopping the store.

How we work
01
A 30-minute callWe go through what the product is, what it runs on and what hurts. We agree on the scope and the format.
02
Audit and handoverIn the first week a map of the system: services, access, logs, risks. A list of what to fix first.
03
Monitoring and alertsA check on every point of failure: server, database, integrations, certificates. The signal comes to me, not to your customers.
04
Regular releasesFixes and new features by plan, dependency updates before they become a problem. A reply within the business day.
