It usually starts with spreadsheets and messages. Requests sit in email, statuses in a messenger, and the report is assembled by hand once a month. As people and data grow, the scheme breaks: numbers disagree, owners get lost, and nobody can answer "where are we now" straight away.

I build a service where that data lives in one place. I start with the data model and the roles: who sees what and who can change what. A week in, I show a clickable prototype on real scenarios. Then weekly releases: the main screen first, then integrations with the accounting system, payments and email. Real time, notifications and exports come from ready-made parts, so they do not eat the budget.
